Return due to delivery error

In all cases where other products are delivered, by type or quantity, you can return the products.

Returns of defective products damaged on delivery (DOA)

To avoid any difficulties for you, it is recommended that, after the delivery of your order, you carefully examine the condition of the purchased products at home and that their package is intact, to detect any visible defect (e.g. broken product) You have the right to return the defective products to the Store within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. Returned products must be in their unused, original condition and with all tags, which constitute their identity. Otherwise, they cannot be accepted as returned products.

As products are received back, they are checked for defects. In this case, the Store will first offer to repair the defective item. If this is not possible, the Store will replace the product you have ordered, if the product is available. You will receive a full refund if the goods can neither be repaired nor replaced.

Note: When testing products, make sure they don’t come in contact with anything that might mark them or add fragrance to them. The Store will not be able to accept any returned items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

Returns of defective products

In case of real defects or lack of agreed properties of the purchased goods, the provisions of the Greek Civil Code apply. In order for a property to be considered an agreed property, it must be certified in writing by both parties.
